General Rules
- Follow Jirachi's Wish rules in my threads, as they are written on the proboard post.
- Do not copy my layout. Taking inspiration for your own design is cool, though.

Solar Beam (ソーラービーム Solar Beam): by TM. Grass-type special attack with STAB bonus and 100% accuracy. Takes one turn to harness the power of the sun, and shoots it at the opponent in the next turn. Replaces Energy Ball.

Energy Ball (エナジーボール Energy Ball): Level-43 Grass-type special attack with STAB bonus? and 100% accuracy. Draws power from nature to focus and shoot at opponent. Has a 20% chance of causing Special Def of opponent to lower for three turns. Replaces Grass Knot.

Zen Headbutt (しねんのずつき Thought Headbutt): Level-38 Psychic-type physical attack 90% accuracy. The power of thought is willed at the opponent. Replaces Bubble Beam.

Surf (なみのり Surfing): by TM. Water-type special attack with STAB bonus and 100% accuracy. Calls forth a wave of water that smashes into the opponent. Also has a nice after-battle effect of actually surfing on water. Replaces Flail.

Rain Dance (あまごい Rain Prayer): Level-33 Water-type status move. Dances for the rain, which affects the playing field's weather for five turns. Replaces Growl.

Grass Knot (くさむすび Grass Knot): By TM. Grass-type special attack with STAB bonus and 100% accuracy. She pulls a length of woven grasses together to trip the opponent, whose weight determines the amount of damage done (the higher the weight, the greater the damage). Replaces Astonish.

Bubble Beam (バブルこうせん Bubble Beam): Level-20 Water-type special attack/move with STAB bonus and 100% accuracy. blows a forceful beam of bubbles that does actual damage, and has a 33.3% chance of lowering the opponent's Speed stat. Replaces Water Gun.

Flail (じたばた Flail ): Level-16 Normal-type physical attack 100% accuracy. She literally just flails around in the opponent's direction. It does damage though, depending on the percentage between her current HP and her total HP.

Water Gun (みずでっぽう Water Gun): Level-6 Water-type special attack with STAB bonus and 100% accuracy. From her mouth shoots a forceful jet of water at the opponent.


Starting Learnset

Astonish (おどろかす Astonish): Level-1 Ghost-type physical attack 100% accuracy. An attack with a startling shout that may make the opponent flinch.

Growl (なきごえ Cry): Level-1 Normal-type sound-based status move with 100% accuracy. Belts out the sound of her people, which lowers the opponent's ATK stat by one stage.
