Profile
Arceus is said to have created the world. I don't know about you but I am glad Kimbley wasn't that Arceus. Or... was he? His form is broken; he has the misfortune of bearing several potions including Shattered and Pinkan, with Shadow to pose opposite to the Pinkan. He thinks he is downright glorious, and you should too.

- Pronunciation(s): kihm BLEE
- Meaning, Full Name: The name itself derives from the name Kimball/Cynbel, Welsh for "chief" + "war," or Cynebald, Old English for "royal" + "bold." Both suit him nicely.
- Hidden Meaning(s): Yes, he is named after a certain anime character. Name and love for explosions is about all they have in common, however.

- At Home: Specimen 001
- In Town: SATAN. Or similar unwanted but terrifying deity.
- By Friends: Blee (don't actually call him this)

Physical Stats
- Sex, Gender: Male, Male
- Pronouns: He/him
- Stature: Tall. Very tall. Muscular and long of limb.
- Skin/Hair: He is bisected top to bottom. On his right the colors of pink and more pink. On his left are black and red. His hair, which is long and stands on end, is more of the same. Markings of note include one that covers his belly, chest, and neck: deep pink on his right side, red on the left. Upon his face is a complicated mask-like marking that covers forehead to lower lip, cheek to cheek.
- Optical Orifices: His right iris is bubblegum-pink, sclera dark pink. His left iris is deep red, with deep purple sclera.
- Other Features: He is bipedal and humanoid in form, with hands that include thumbs. He carries with him the hallmark Arc. Like the rest of him, it is bisected: bubblegum pink on his right, deep red on his left. He also seems to have hooves for feet, colors matching The Arc.

Clothing
- Style: He likes to be memorable and showy, with lots of glitz and metal. Currently he seems to enjoy Elvis' signature white suit, and feathered boas. He wears a variety of gold rings and earrings, two in each ear. He also wears three medallions of gold with mysterious blue stones that subdue his destructive powers.

- Nature: Naive
- Summary: FABULOUS. a diva. loves attention and loves people! loves himself most. He's also shadow arceus so instead of The Creator, he fancies himself as The Destroyer. He will be chipper but diabolical. Naive (believes everyone should know him, love him, and understand him... and does not actually realize that destroying things is a bad thing)

He will never be able to express himself completely even though he is an exhibitionist. He would rather solve other problems anyway.

Known as The Original One, Arceus is said to have created Sinnoh and Ransei. It is based around creation and reincarnation myths of several world cultures.

- Diet: What does god eat?

Physiology
- Overview: Not a lot is known about Arceus. It appears to be a deer-like creature with a halo of gold around its body. It is quadrupedal and muscular, has the face of a human in a helmet and overall looks like a sentai warrior. Tell me I'm wrong. Since this White Ranger is an aspect of Nature, it can be expected to be neutral but dangerous to come across. Just treat it with reverence and kindness, and nobody will get hurt. 
- Height: 10 feet, 06 inches / 3.2 metres
- Weight: 705.5 pounds / 320.0 kilograms

Behavior: As an agent of creation, Arceus is surprisingly simple. It can create and recreate lands and living creatures, including other pokémon. When it interacts eye-to-eye with other creatures, it is straightforward with what it receives. Given kindness, it returns gentleness and kindness. Given betrayal, it will rampage and destroy. And given a grudge it will hold on to it for longer than you can remember.

- Pokémon Origin: The story of Arceus is based on various creation deities, particularly the story of the World Egg. Chinese qilin is also part of its physical form.

- Hyper Voice: Normal-type, Special Attack with STAB bonus. In a crescendo, makes a truly righteous heavy metal shriek. Replaces Earth Power.
Level 20:
- Earth Power: Ground-type, Special Attack. Kimbley watches as the ground beneath the opponent erupts and harms them. Replaces Punishment.
Level 10:
- Gravity: Psychic-type, Status Effect. Kimbley intensifies gravity for five turns. It allows Flying-type pokémon and those who Levitate to be hit by Ground-type moves. He balls up his fists and often makes a pushing-down gesture. Replaces Natural Gift.

Starting Learnset:
- Seismic Toss: Fighting-type, Physical Attack, with powers of gravity, lifts the opponent and toss-flips them to the ground. Damage is related to his current level.
- Cosmic Power (Cosmo Power): Psychic-type, Status Effect, uses cosmic energy to raise Defense and Special Defense. It is very colorful and sparkly.
- Natural Gift (Nature's Blessing): Normal-type, Physical Attack with STAB bonus, Type depends on held berry. Draws power from the berry then attacks with waves of green light.
- Punishment: Dark-type, Physical Attack, its power depending on the number of stat changes undergone by the opponent. Purple arcs spin above the opponent's head and deal the damage.

Family
It is believed that all Arceus exist before the beginning of time and even the Pokémon universe. It is unlikely that they have any family, including parents. Who knows, though? Perhaps all Arceus are related. Perhaps Kimbley will shed some light on this mystery in the future.
